…reisst nicht ab – von wegen Geburtenrückgang! So komme ich auch aus dem Babysachen stricken nicht raus, obwohl mein liebes Kind längst komplett ausgestattet ist.

…is never ending! And so is my productivity level in baby items.

Diese hier sind für die Schwester einer Freundin, die gerade eine Tochter bekommen hat.
Natürlich wieder mal helloyarns top down bonnet (=beste Babymütze von Welt), aber diesmal mit anderen Schühchen: die stripeys aus Zoe Mellors 50 baby bootees to knit .

Das Garn ist Lana Grossa Cool Wool 2000 – superweich und fusselfrei.

Die Schuhe waren ein bisschen nervig zu stricken. Es gibt tausend Fäden zu vernähen und es muss hinterher auch viel zusammengenäht werden. Insgesamt finde ich die Konstruktion nicht so ganz gelungen. Naja, Versuch war´s wert.

So, jetzt habe ich noch ein Paar Söckchen für eine Mutti im Kindergarten auf den Nadeln, die mit mir zusammen Entbindungstermin hat. Und ein Set Mütze und Schuhe wartet auf´s Fädenvernähen. Die sind dann für das Paar, das wir in den Flitterwochen kennengelernt haben, und die dann auch zeitgleich mit uns fällig sind (-komisch, nich?…)

Now there´s a pair of baby socks on the needles, for a Mom at the kindergarten where I work and who has the same due date. And a set of hat and bootees is in the finshing line. These are for the couple we met on our honeymoon (and who are also due at the same time as we are… isn´t it strange…?)

So, zum Schluss gibt´s noch ein Bauch-Update von letzter Woche (35. SSW). Ja, das Tattoo war mal halb so groß…

Last but not least: belly-update from last week (which was the 35th ). Yep, the tattoo was only half-sized once…
